Dr. Lona Cook opened her first practice in 2010, which grew quickly in her community and allowed her to write her first book, Just Tell Me Where To Start. The book opened up a platform for her to educate other chiropractors on getting open and jumping into practice successfully. Opening their 2nd office and taking on many mentoring roles in the profession has opened her eyes to many aspects of practice currently. Dr. Cook is also on the state association board and has created EVOLVE, a vitalistic women's seminar that meets in January in Minneapolis.
